Today, we’ll talk about how you can eat in a manner that is good for you, your community, animals, and the earth. We’ll also be preparing our dinner with a stove that we make from an aluminum can!
Kids learn from their elders. We are their role models and they do as they see. Let’s lead by example! Today, we’ll be at a local elementary school spending time with the children.

I believe that humans would be happier, healthier, and better to the earth if we were more comfortable in our own skin. It would mean fewer beauty products, less clothing and accessories, and less time in front of the mirror. That would leave more money and time for what’s important. Also, today is about treating our bodies with health and respect.

Reduce – Create no waste! Whatever we create we have to wear on our heads.
Reuse – Get an outfit from a secondhand store for less then $10.
Recycle – Clean up trash from the beach and recycle what we can.
